They were also very flexible on when I needed to be out of my home after closing day. I needed a few extra days to stay until i could get in my new place and they had no problem with me staying.     My mother had to move to assisted living and I had to sell her home "as is". Twin Cities Home Buyers are everything that they say they are, and then some!
